Purely Opulent was born from James Powell’s two years of service in the Army and his journey through civilian life. Inspired by a cold winter night in Charlotte, he combined his values of excellence and resilience with a passion for fashion, creating high-quality, stylish pieces like the signature bucket hat. With the support of friends and family, the brand has grown into a community of veterans, minorities, and others who embody perseverance and excellence.
